Air Fit Bungee's CEO, Cassandra Bellantoni, fell in love with Bungee Fitness & became a certified instructor in 2023. She is a cancer and auto-immune disease survivor and is feeling great and strong these days!
BUNGEE FITNESS & BOOT CAMP You will learn safety essentials, proper technique, and the important footwork of cool flying moves.
You will get a real cardio workout with squats, burpees and learn to trust the bungee.
This fun fitness comes with plenty of laughs.
KIDS BUNGEE FITNESS is a class designed especially for children ages 9-12 years old and all set to Kid-Friendly popular music.
There will cardio moves, dance and games.
**This is a high intensity-low impact class.**
The minimum weight requirement is 60 lbs.
PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES are the way to go if you want to introduce your friends, colleagues, teams etc. to a unique, very fun fitness experience. They will get a strong cardio workout and love doing it!
We can accommodate up to 12 people.
