What to expect in a Bungee Fitness Class

First-timers are a little nervous but we teach you to trust the bungee! You will learn to fly, leap, do burpees and more. Also you'll be laughing and sweating the whole time. It's fun group fitness!

Air Fit Bungee has fun group fitness classes and we're the only bungee fitness studio in Burbank. We offer multiple adult & kids Bungee Fitness classes, FitSprings Pilates body sculpting and aerial yoga, plus Zumba and line dancing. We're open 7 days per week.
