We have a parking lot in front of the studio and there is plenty of street parking if it’s full. The 94 bus line stop at Magnolia and Victory is a 4-minute walk to the studio.

Also, any adult participating in a class for the first time must provide height and weight in advance by filling out a waiver here: https://bit.ly/AFBwaiver. For anyone under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete this waiver and info sheet: https://bit.ly/AFBwaiver_under18
Yes, we can accommodate up to 300 lbs. and people up to 6'4" in height.
For our kids classes, flyers must be at least 8 years old and weigh 50 lbs.
Yes! Bungee fitness is for everyone between 50 lbs. to a maximum of 300 lbs.
We recommend you start with a Bungee Fitness Level One class. Instructors will go over the skills and choreography for first-timers and make sure stations are just right. You can also book a private session to build confidence. Remember, it doesn't need to be perfect: at Air Fit Bungee our goal is to make sure everyone has fun and leaves smiling.
Level One classes require 15-20 minutes of set-up. The class will last 45 minutes once everyone is hooked up. We also make adjustments to the bungees during this class to ensure safety and comfort.
Dress code for Bungee Fitness and Pilates: Come dressed and ready for your class. There are no dressing rooms. Be sure to wear full length leggings, a full length top (covering the abdomen), a supportive sports bra, and athletic shoes with plenty of tread. Padded bike shorts worn under leggings or lightweight sweats are liked by many! Men should please dress supported to the center as the harness straps will come up high on your legs, wear bike shorts under longer lightweight pants if you have them.
Dress code for aerial yoga: Come dressed as you would for any yoga class. You can be barefoot or bring grippy socks Please no jewelry that can snag the silks. Permanent jewelry can covered with tape if necessary.
We work up a sweat! Don’t forget to bring a towel for your workout and a refillable non-glass water bottle. We have a filtered water-bottle filling station. We also offer bottled water for sale.
We provide all necessary equipment for our classes.
Don’t be late: Because Bungee Fitness classes require each person's station to be customized, we lock the doors to the studio at the scheduled class time. You will be here for one hour. We do charge late, late-cancel and no-show fees.
When you arrive we will take your photo for our client files. We also will capture and use photos or videos of you participating in studio activities for Air Fit Bungee Inc. promotional material, unless you opt out (see waiver).
