We are excited that you are ready to join us for some fun Bungee Fitness.
With your enjoyment in mind, here are a few things to know before you arrive!
Weight & Height: Each NEW Bungee Fitness First-time Client must provide their height and weight at registration. If you haven’t already, and you are registered for your first class, please email your height and weight to info@airfitbungee.com
Photo and media release: We will take your photo for our client files to make the next check-in quicker. We will capture and use photos or videos of you participating in studio activities for Air Fit Bungee Inc. promotional material, unless you opt out (see release).
Studio guidelines: No glass bottles are allowed in the studio. No unsupervised children can be in the studio. Parents must remain onsite during children’s classes up to age 10. Please do not touch or allow your children to touch the mirrors. They are glassless and fragile. Please do not allow children to lick the windows. (Yes, this is an inside joke, but also don’t let them lick the windows.)
What to bring: We work up a sweat! Don’t forget to bring a towel for your workout and a refillable non-glass water bottle. We have a filtered water-bottle filling station. We also offer bottled water for sale.
Open cubbies available: We have cubbies and hooks for your belongings that will remain in your view. We recommend leaving valuables in your locked car for extra security.
Dress code: Come dressed and ready for your class. There are no dressing rooms. For Bungee Fitness and FitSprings we recommend full-length leggings, a top that covers your abdomen for your comfort and a supportive sports bra. Close-toed, athletic shoes with lots of tread are mandatory for Bungee Fitness. The floor is slippery and you want traction. We will provide padding for your abdomen and legs that must be used in Intro and Level One classes. Instructors will need to touch you to make sure the fit is correct. Wearing padded bike shorts with your full-length leggings may be an alternative.
Dress code for Aerial Yoga: Come dressed as you would for any yoga class. You can be barefoot or bring grippy socks Please no jewelry that can snag the silks. Permanent jewelry will covered with tape if necessary.
Parking and transit: We have a parking lot in front of the studio and there is plenty of street parking if it’s full. The 94 bus line stop at Magnolia and Victory is a 4-minute walk to the studio.
Don’t be late: Because Bungee Fitness classes require each person’s station to be customized, we lock the doors to the studio at the scheduled class time. You will be here for one hour —We do charge late fees and no-show fees.
Level One Classes require 15-30 minutes of set-up. The class will last 45 minutes once everyone is hooked up. We also make adjustments to the bungees during this class so we get the jump on your setup for your second visit.
We charge late cancel and no-show fees.

Physical activity becomes more difficult when we do not find an exercise option that motivates us, that's why we are going to present you with a fabulous alternative to stay in shape. It is a relatively new program which is a lot of fun. Let's see what Silvana has prepared for us. Silvana: Livier I am excited to try this new type of exercise but first I want you to tell me what it is called and what it is about. Okay this type of exercise is called bungee fitness and it is a style of cardio where you can come and burn a lot of calories. Men can burn up to 500 calories and women from 300 to 400 calories. That's a lot. You could be the ideal participant for this resistance program using these elastic bungees. We all like moving the body and burning calories but there are also people who have bad knees, a bad back. The bungees absorb the blows received by the joints, protecting them from impact. And the owner Cassandra Bellantoni tells me how it has become a global phenomenon. The exercise started in Thailand. What makes it different this type of exercise to others such as pilates, which are very popular. I always feel like a child flying in the sky when I'm doing this. So this is like a class for someone who wants to do cardio but does not like to run and since I don't have to to bring out my inner child I let them buckle me in and I tested my coordination. This is Tinkerbell's step. I feel like an astronaut off-planet and at the same time challenged, that's where you feel the exercise because it pulls you back. But with a little practice and the instructor's focused guide I managed to get off the ground and finish my first day. Host: It looks like a lot of fun. There you have another option to try to get in shape.
